How to get Licensed:

Sign up for the class (800) 320-2863.
- Apply for your mortgage broker license on the State web site by the 15th day of the month prior to the month when you want to take the State exam.

Pass the State exam which is generally offered on the fourth Tuesday each month, except Nov. and Dec. when it's earlier.
